How do I know if my Upgrade was successful?

There are three ways you can determine if your Upgrade was successful.

If it was successful, you should receive an email verification.

Login to your back-office. If the greeen Upgrade link is no longer present it was successful.

Login to your back-office. Click the Company Store link on the left-hand side. Click the My Customer Account near the top right-hand side of the store. Click the View Order History link to view the order. If you see it there, it was successful.

How does binary placement work?

When you enroll your first member, they will be placed down the left leg for your binary, this is normal.

They will go down the left leg until they find an open space and be placed there. Even though they may be many levels down, you are still their personal sponsor. The second person you sponsor will be placed on the right side of your binary leg, this is normal.

Once you have enrolled two members, you can control where your future members are placed by logging into your back office and changing the Binary Placement setting under Account Profile.

You will not have the ability to change this UNTIL you sponsor your first two members. If you place the selector to "Right" only your personally sponsored distributors will go to the right, you cannot direct any spillover into your right leg.

How can I change my User ID?

You can change your User ID by submitting a Trouble Ticket in your back office.

You must submit at least 5 choices in order of preference. Once the change has been made, you will no longer be able to login using your original User ID. The first indication that your User ID has been changed is that you will no longer be able to login with your original User ID and be directed to a page that says, "Either your account doesn't exist or your password was incorrect. Please correct your information." At this point you must begin to use the requested logins in the order you sent along with the default password of: 1234.

Once you have logged in under your new User ID, you can change your password in the Account Profile section of the back office. If for some reason you are still not able to login, have your sponsor submit a trouble ticket on your behalf.

How can I update my profile information?

Your profile data can be updated by logging into your back office and make changes in the Account Profile section. Be sure to click the Submit button after you have made your changes.

How do I sponsor new members?

When you become a member of 4 Planet Earth Inc.corp, you are given a web page to enroll new members. Your web page is http://www.4planetearth.com/YourUserID . When you send people there, you are tracked as their sponsor. This can be confirmed by clicking the Join button where the enrollment form will appear listing your name as the sponsor.

How do I promote my new 4 Planet Earth Inc. business?

There are many ways to promote your business, the common and successful way is to pick up the phone and start calling everyone you know who would be interested in making money. There are several kinds of Internet marketing programs, however you must be careful not to violate the NO SPAM policy or your membership will be terminated.

What is an E-Check payment?

There are two major forms of payment over the Internet, credit cards and E-Checks. To make an E-Check payment all you need is one of your paper checks in hand. ]

You simply enter the numbers at the bottom of the check into two form fields. One of the fields is a (Routing Number) which is always 9 digits. This identifies what bank the check is issued from. The second set of numbers is the (Account number) of the check holder to be debited.

Once you have submitted an E-Check payment, you should write on the check what it was for, however, you DO NOT need to mail the check in, since the payment was actually taken online. You can use two type of checks, personal and business. View the image below to notice that the Routing Number is typically in different location on a personal check than on a business check. Remember, the Routing number is always 9 digits.

Why don't I receive 4 Planet Earth Inc. Corp Emails?

If you are not receiving emails from 4 Planet Earth Inc., it is likely you have some sort of setting in your email program that is treating them like junk/spam/bulk mail. Check the junk/spam/bulk folder of your email and try to locate the emails there. Once you find one, tell your email program to allow messages from the email address contact@4-Ecorp.com and email@4-Ecorp.com.

Names in my downline that I have not heard of?

A binary has "spill-over" which means people above you will sponsor members who will fall under you. This is the feature that creates the dynamic growth of this type of marketing plan.

Missing reps - someone says they signed up under me, yet I do not see them in my downline?
The first person you sponsor in a binary will always go down you left leg to the next available spot in the tree. This means that you may have to navigate many levels down your left leg to locate the first person you sponsored.

Auto Ship - How do I sign up for it? How does it work? Is it automatic with certain upgrade packages?

When you upgrade you will have the option to enroll in Auto Ship. Each month an automatic order will be processed and sent to you. Auto Ship is not automatic, you must elect to participate. If you upgrade with a Gold package, your Auto Ship will begin 60 after your enrollment and occur every 30 days thereafter.

How do I cancel Autoship?

You must call customer service to cancel autoship.

How do I find my points?

To determine you binary points, login to your back-office and click on the View Genealogy.

4-E ships via UPS. When you place your order, the correct amount will be added to the checkout price.
