If you are interested in pursuing a job as a licensed pilot then you should take a look at the different pilot schools that are offered all over the Nation. The criteria for getting into these schools vary but generally you need to have a good academic background and strong leadership skills. Pay close attention to the type of instructors they offer. This way you can decide if their learning style is one you will be happy learning under. You also want to work with a pilot school that only employs the best flight instructors with proper credentials. If possible take the time to talk with other students to see what they are happy with and concerned about with that particular pilot school.
